| How much does a web site cost? I wish there was a simple answer to this question but it depends on your business, your expectations, and how much of a role you'd like your web site to play. It can be as simple as an informational site with a picture and your contact information to a sophisticated, multi-page site that has shopping cart, support and advanced email features. We get to know you and your business to determine the most cost effective solution.

| How long will it take and how much does it cost to make
changes to my web site? We have several different
types of web sites but they've all been
designed around the philosophy that frequent new content is good and
you're the best source. You can change content yourself, immediately
and at no cost, by creating and uploading a PDF in PDF Web Pages or
Easy Content Pages. Our Active Content Pages and Hybrid Web Sites
incorporate editable modules that can be used like a word processor.
This page is done that way. We encourage you to change content
frequently by making it easy and inexpensive.

| | Can my web site rank #1 in the Google search results?
| | How can I bring more people to my web site?
| How do I know how my web site is performing?
| Can my web site rank #1 in the Google search
results? There are no guarantees when it comes to
Google. They have their own secret algorithm that's used to determine
ranking and it's constantly changing. What we can do is make your web
site as friendly as possible to Google and the other search engines
like Yahoo and Bing. We don't use techniques to try to "trick" the
search engines; these can lead to your domain being banned. We know
what to do to help them see your site as the best possible answer to
the search terms that a user has submitted.

| How can I bring more people to my web
site? There are other ways to draw people to you
web site besides organic search engine results. Paid advertising, such
as Google Adwords, in a Pay per Click campaign can be a very effective
and quick way to get traffic. Newsletters, PR News Releases and Email
marketing campaigns are all ways to increase traffic to your site and
bring qualified visitors. We are experienced with all these programs
and will work with you to determine the best solution.

| How do I know how my web site is performing? Your website is set up
properly with good content, meta tags, sitemaps and inbound links. But
how do you know if it's showing up in the search engines and whether
people are visiting? Tracking web site performance is critical because
you have to know if people are finding it, how many visitors you're
getting, where they go when they get there and how long they stay.
WebPosition and VisiStat are two premier programs we use to accomplish
this. WebPosition tracks positions gained and lost in the major search
engines, keyword statistics, competitor comparisons and much more. It
provides a complete picture of your web presence. VisiStat tracks
visitor stats, too, but with a big difference. When someone is on your
site you see it in real time with information about location, time
spent, bounce rate and more. It can also give you a unique in depth
view with graphs and stats over time so you know your site is working
to its maximum potential.
